Performing and Visual Arts Council

Performing and Visual Arts Council (PVAC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Silsbee, Texas, which is dedicated to enhancing the education of students through the arts.  Each academic year, PVAC brings theater productions, performing artists, visiting authors, professional storytellers, music and dance programs, and artisans of fine arts into local classrooms.  

PVAC dollars come from business and civic organizations, as well as grants and individual donations. We invite you to become a PVAC partner. No contribution is too small and all are tax deductible. Please make an investment to help all of our children.
