Additional Degree Stipends

As staff continue their education, it is important to keep HR up to date with your highest degree. This can help you earn more money! Once a new degree is obtained, Human Resources will need an official transcript sent to us directly from the Accredited  Educational Institution. Official transcripts can be sent to us via mail or electronically.

Electronic submissions need to be sent directly to HR@silsbeeisd.org.

Degree Stipends

Masters Degree: $1500 | Doctorate Degree: $1,750
