Silsbee ISD teacher and employee incentives and pay increases were not initiated or implemented until after Superintendent Dr. Gregg Weiss' arrival to the District in March of 2019. It is his goal to work with the Board of Trustees and the Silsbee ISD Business Department on improving teacher pay raises and incentive bonuses for employees.
