What we offer:

  • Additional stipend supplements for certain specialized positions, coaching positions, UIL and more
  • Longevity pay for teachers with 3 or more years of experience
  • $1,000 retention stipends for professionals
  • $1,500 supplement for Master’s Degree
  • $1,750 supplement for Doctorate
  • $5,000 - $10,000 stipend for secondary shortage areas of:
    • math
    • science
    • foreign language
  • Qualifying teachers can earn $15,000 or more annually under the Teacher Incentive Allotment
