Silsbee High School Criminal Justice Club Shines at Regional Competition
DECEMBER 7, 2024 - The Silsbee High School Criminal Justice Club showcased their skills at the TXPSTA Region 5 Regional Competition on December 7, 2024, held at Huntsville High School. Competing against 10 other schools, these students demonstrated exceptional teamwork and professionalism in a variety of challenging events.
Representing Silsbee High School were Bailey Frasher, Loraliegh Taylor, Chloe Taylor, Kaylie Sowarby, Kennan O'Hannon, Isabella Butler, and Aislynn Siratt, who participated in both team and individual events, including:
- Opening Statement
- Felony Traffic Stop
- Building Search
- Domestic Crisis Intervention
- Law Enforcement Agility Course
The club’s hard work paid off as Isabella Butler and Aislynn Siratt placed 3rd in Domestic Crisis Intervention, earning them a spot at the State Competition in January.
