Silsbee High School Duo Hits the High Notes, Advances to All-State Choir Finals
November 19, 2024 – Silsbee High School is proud to announce that two choir students, Dairrell Pilgreen and Jaxon Coburn, both juniors, have earned their way to the prestigious All-State Choir finals.
The pair showcased their vocal talents at the regional competition held at Hargrave High School on Monday, November 18, 2024. Their vocal skills secured two coveted spots at the state level.
SHS Choir Director Kathryn McKeehan shared her pride in their accomplishment, stating, "I am so proud of all the hard work these gentlemen have put into this competition."
The All-State Choir finals will take place on January 11, 2024, at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches.
