Silsbee High School One-Act Play competes in district

Three members earn awards in the UIL competition.

MARCH 10, 2020–Silsbee High School UIL One-Act Play competed in the district meet held on March 7 and finished in fourth place overall.

The cast and crew performed the classic “Little Women”.

One-Act Play winners

Cast member Trinity Rogers was awarded to the All-Star Cast and Bailey Pate was awarded as Honorable Mention All-Star Cast. Crew member A.J. Butaud earned the Technician Award.

The cast of the production included Pat as Jo, Rhiannon Rollins as Meg, Rogers as Amy, Geanda Guidry as Beth, Kairi Galvan as Mrs. March (Marmee), Kaitlin McWilliams as Hannah, and Bailee Glover as Aunt March.

Crew members include Butaud, Garrett Avery, Lauren Hutto, Glover, Rogers, Pate, Addie Prestidge, Chaenicia Walton, Stephen Marshall, Elianna Auer, and Alex Harvill.
